FAQs
What does one venue listing cover?
One physical address. You can add as many rooms at that address as you like at no extra cost. For several locations, contact us.
Can visitors book rooms through the site?
No. Visitors contact you directly by phone, email or your website. We do not handle bookings or enquiries.
Do I need events listed to have a venue page?
No. Your venue page is useful on its own and appears in venue searches whether or not any events are linked to it.
How does capacity search work?
Visitors choose a range such as 21 to 50 people. Your venue appears when any single room or your stated overall capacity falls in that range. Room capacities are never added together.
How soon will my venue go live?
We review every venue before publication, normally aiming for one working day. Payment alone does not publish a listing.
What promotion is included?
One newsletter promotion and one social media post in each paid year, three blog posts you supply, and a free Premium listing on the Kent Business Directory.
How does renewal work?
Your year starts on your payment date and renews automatically at the same price. We remind you 14 days before. Cancelling renewal keeps your page live until the end of the paid year. A failed renewal payment unpublishes the page until paid.
